Common questions

How do I cancel my Drive Sure Pro subscription? On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Drive Sure Pro → Cancel Subscription. You can also tap "Manage subscription" inside the app's Settings screen.

How do I delete my account? Inside the app, go to Profile → Settings → scroll to the Danger Zone → tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, saved VIN reports, deal calculations, notes, and subscription record. It cannot be undone.

How many VIN checks do I get per month? Drive Sure Pro includes 10 VIN checks per calendar month. Your quota resets on the 1st of each month. Reopening a saved VIN report does not use a check — only running a new VIN does.

Where does the pricing data come from? Vehicle decode data is sourced from MarketCheck and the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) vPIC service. Comparable listings, dealer asking prices, and days-on-market come from MarketCheck's nationwide inventory feed. All values are educational estimates, not appraisals.

I was charged but I don't see Drive Sure Pro active. Open the app → Profile → Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't help, email us with your purchase receipt and we'll look into it within one business day.

What happens if my subscription expires? You keep your saved VIN reports and notes. New VIN checks become unavailable until you resubscribe.
